According to the cancellation policy of the service provider (that shall override the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, even if it determines that the consumer does not have the right to cancel, similar to international websites) – according to the Israeli Consumer Council.

Terms for cancellation of a transaction:

The transaction includes the provision of services overseas via several suppliers: hotel, flights and transfers that are not subject to the Consumer Protection Law in the State of Israel.

Therefore, the option to cancel the transaction within 14 days of the moment of purchase does not apply to this transaction.

In the event that the customer requests to cancel the transaction after the purchase is made, he will be charged the full cost of the airline tickets and their handling, as well as 30% of the total for the other components of the transaction (hotel booking and transfers).
